Holden Jones has been committed to all things 2-wheel (and occasionally 1-wheel) ever since he was able to walk. At age 5 he joined his first MTB race, the Mini Metal in Squamish, and hasn't stopped entering races since.
For the 2019 season Holden is excited to be riding with Pendrel Racing once again, in addition to navigating his way through university studies at University of BC.
2019 will see Holden competing as a first-year U23 rider, racing against a field of Elite and U23 competitors. His plans are to focus on Canadian races with the goal of attending most Canada Cup races throughout the season and looking to get to Mont Sainte-Anne, Quebec for the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in August. Holden has been working closely with Coach Mike Charuk for 8 years and he looks forward to another great season of Mike's guidance and mentor-ship.
